The 350 Mile Workout

And we're off....

We have crossed the Mississippi. St. Louis...Gateway to the West. Our first adventure. Tomorrow all the fun begins!

You might be wondering what we are going to do in the car for 7 1/2 weeks. Well, for the first 350 miles we worked out. Butt squeezes to the beat of a great song. Doing the Wobble with 5 lb. weights. Tight abs for a mile, rest for a mile, repeat. Bicep curls while enjoying the view. Lunges in the gas station parking lot. We might be sore tomorrow. And we might be a tad more toned upon return.
